The NC Secretary of State Office is currently working on a School Partnership Project with Moldova, an educational program supported by the US Embassy in Moldova and the US State Department. This project is aimed to develop classroom-to-classroom partnerships between NC and Moldova schools.

We were reminded of the cultural and political significance of the Olympic Games as, this past winter, the United States announced a diplomatic boycott of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.

This day marks the critical role wetlands play around the world, and this year’s theme “Wetlands Action for People and Nature,” aims to motivate individuals, businesses, and governments to “invest financial, human and political capital to save the world’s wetlands from disappearing and to restore those we have degraded.”
