The project is called “Building Homes: El Sueño Americano” and the interviews, available on her website, focus on citizenship, family, discrimination, belonging and more.

ANNOUNCING WORLD VIEW’S GLOBAL STUDY VISIT TO MOLDOVA PARTICIPANTS

The State of North Carolina has a bilateral partnership with the Republic of Moldova. The official North Carolina-Moldova Bilateral Partnership was formalized in 1999 and has since evolved into a partnership that includes the efforts of many individuals and organizations, including private firms, civic clubs and non-profit entities. This unique relationship between North Carolina and Moldova was built upon cultural, academic and scientific exchanges, as well as governmental cooperation and humanitarian efforts.

2019 WORLD VIEW PEACOCK SCHOLARSHIP WINNER ANNOUNCED

World View is excited to announce the recipient of the 2019 James L. Peacock Scholarship. Consuelo Schwartz is a Spanish teacher and World Languages department chair at South Central High School in Pitt County. Consuelo attended World View’s program on East Asia in March 2018 and traveled with World View to China in summer 2018. Consuelo was engaged and enthusiastic in both programs – with an open mind and adventurous spirit, she was always willing to try something new.
