Each June, educational leaders from across the state come to UNC-Chapel Hill for an intensive week-long study, analysis and discussion of global issues that impact students and communities. The objective is to help educators in leadership positions to plan and implement programs that will increase global understanding by faculty and students in their schools, districts and colleges. Led by expert university faculty, program participants will learn leadership strategies and develop goals to increase global competence of their faculty and students. Attendance and participation in the entire five day program is necessary to be a World View Global Education Leader. Applications are available online.
