Leadership Programs

Since 2002, World View’s Leadership Programs have helped professional educators plan and implement programs that increase global understanding among faculty and students in their schools, districts and colleges.

Current and aspiring K-12 and community college leaders from across the state convene in Chapel Hill each June for an intensive examination of global issues that impact students and their communities.

UNC faculty experts help educators develop goals for increasing the global competence of faculty and students.

A specially designed track for K-12 teachers focuses more extensively on strategies for the classroom.

A Global Study Visit for educational leaders takes global leadership skills abroad.

World View, a public service program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, equips K-12 and community college educators with global knowledge, best practices and resources to prepare students to engage in our interconnected and diverse world.
