World View director Charlé LaMonica works with World View’s Partners both on and off campus, forges strategic alliances and collaborations with schools, districts and community colleges, leads the Global Education Leaders Program and represents World View in NC and on the national and global stage.

Hazael Andrew is World View’s associate director; he works with community college and K-12 programs and initiatives.

World View associate director for K-12 Julie Kinnaird develops professional development programs for educators across North Carolina and coordinates outreach and communication activities.

Courtney Harris-Brown is the Assistant Director for the Teacher-Student Initiative at World View. As Assistant Director, Courtney facilitates connections between rural high schools and UNC-Chapel Hill faculty.

Audrey Bristol received a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from UNC in 2024 and now works as an Administrative Services Assistant for the World View Program, ensuring the smooth execution of program logistics and administrative tasks.

UNC World View Intern Grace Evans graduated from the Scholars of Global Distinction program at Wayne Community College in 2023. At UNC, she is in the Russian Flagship program and is pursuing a double major in Russian and Peace, War, & Defense, as well as a minor in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
