PROGRAM MANAGER

Amy King is currently part-time program manager for UNC World View. She retired from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2021 after 17 ½  years of service, where she worked for the UBC for Academic and Community Engagement and the Carolina Center for Public Service. Prior to coming to UNC, she worked in IT and financial product sales both domestically and abroad.

Born and raised in Virginia, she is an alumna of the University of Virginia, having earned a BA in English. Her hobbies include bird-watching, music, reading and hiking.

 





World View, a public service program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, equips K-12 and community college educators with global knowledge, best practices and resources to prepare students to engage in our interconnected and diverse world.
